Dining starts with El Pajarito buffet, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace. At night there are themed à la carte restaurants: Adelita for Mexican food, Steakville for grilled meat, Ayami for Japanese teppanyaki and Mamma Mia for Italian. Aromes Coffee & Lounge serves coffee and sweets, and the pool has a bar that guests swim up to. Privileged rooms add access to the BLoved restaurant on the beach, and the top room has a private pool on the terrace.

The Alegría Spa has a sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath, and open-air massages are given in a beach palapa. Activities include archery, beach soccer, dance classes and tennis. In the evenings the hotel runs live shows in its theater, a weekly pool party and Cat's Night Club. Weddings are held on the sand.
