Family Selection at Grand Palladium Kantenah is the premium tier inside the Riviera Maya's Grand Palladium complex, a 5-star, 24-hour all-inclusive resort with 170 rooms, refurbished in 2024. Each family gets a Family Butler and a Pool Butler, plus exclusive areas, and the beach is directly accessible.

Suites carry the stay. Eighty-four Junior Suites face the garden, 48 Junior Suites are swim-up, and 12 more are swim-up on the beachside. The Junior Suite Rooftop Private Pool (6), the Suite Rooftop Private Pool (3), the Family Selection Suite Beachside (8) and the Ambassador Suite (6) sit at the top, with a Signature Suite and a private pool at the peak.
Dinner works as a dine-around across the Grand Palladium restaurants: El Dorado for steak, La Adelita for Mexican, Sumptuori for Japanese, Portofino for Italian, La Paisana for Argentinian, Bahia e Brasa for Brazilian, Poseidón for seafood, Chang Thai for Thai, and Bravo Dinner & Dance for international cooking with dancing. One à la carte restaurant belongs to the hotel itself, with eleven dine-around restaurants and five show cooking restaurants.
Children are looked after in the Baby Club (ages 1 to 3), the Mini Club (4 to 12) and the Junior Club (13 to 18). The Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness is on site, and basketball, tennis courts and water sports fill the day.
