There are 278 Grand rooms, in Grand Ocean View, Grand Lagoon View and Grand Standard categories, and the Grand Family Suite is two communicating rooms with two double beds each. Another 91 rooms are adults only: the Sian Ka'an Master Suite and Junior Suite come with a private jacuzzi or pool in the room or on the terrace, 24-hour room service, early check-in and late check-out, and the Sian Ka'an Standard sits on the same floors.
Thirteen restaurants and 13 bars cover the plan. Dos Lunas serves Italian food and fresh pizza, Los Agaves is traditional Mexican, Akeru and Maki Taco offer sushi, and Cocoa serves fish and seafood. Sweet Palm is a buffet created for children, Bites Food Hall and La Hacienda Food Hall are international buffets, and Café del Mar is adults only. The White Box, Careyes, Miramar, Akeru and Café del Mar carry an extra charge.
Children have pools, waterslides, a splash pool, a pirate ship docked at the pier, a video game room and the KiddO Zone Kids Club for ages 4 to 12, open 9 am to 5 pm. The Yucatán Jurassic River winds through the family area, and at night an adults-only pirate show runs on an old Spanish galleon. Kin Ha Beach Club & Spa and Aaktun Health & Spa handle treatments.
