Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa is a 5-star, 24-hour all-inclusive resort on the oceanfront in the Riviera Maya, with direct access to the beach. It was built in 2002 and refurbished in 2014, and shares a complex with Kantenah and White Sand.

The 252 rooms are Deluxe Garden View rooms of about 37 square meters, each with a king bed or two singles, plus seven villas.

Two show cooking restaurants and four à la carte restaurants cover the evenings. La Hacienda serves the international buffet, El Dorado is the steakhouse, La Adelita serves Mexican, Sumptuori Japanese, La Lola Spanish and Ribs & More American, while Tikal and El Gran Azul handle breakfast and lunch. Nine bars are spread through the resort.

The shared family pool measures 3,544 square meters, a children's aquatic park covers 757 and the adults-only El Secreto pool sits apart. The Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness is on site, and the Baby Club (ages 1 to 3), Mini Club (4 to 12) and Junior Club (13 to 18) look after children. Basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, archery and table tennis are on offer, with snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding on the beach. Bowling, Chic Cabaret & Restaurant and spa treatments carry an extra charge.
