Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is the adults-only hotel of the Velas collection, set in the Los Cabos tourist corridor. It is the third Velas property, and it earned AAA 5 Diamonds shortly after opening. An infinity pool merges with the horizon, and breakfast is served overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

All 79 suites face the ocean, with private immersion pools and fire pits. Guests at the Boutique can also use Grand Velas Los Cabos, with transport between the two properties.
Dinner is built around chef Sidney Schutte, a two-Michelin-star chef, whose terrace dinners sit beneath the stars. Loto brings Japanese flavors together with creative technique, ROCA is the terrace named for the rock formations, with ceviche and drinks over the Sea of Cortez, and the 51 Bar welcomes arrivals with spirits, cocktails and coffee. A tequila and mezcal bar pours premium reposados and artisanal mezcals. Breakfast comes as a buffet or à la carte, and poolside snacks and mixology fill the afternoon.
SE Spa is on site, along with a gym and event spaces. The rate covers gourmet à la carte dining, top-shelf drinks, 24-hour suite service, taxes and gratuities.
