The main pool is a semicircle with a children's area, water slides, live music and foam parties. The Red Pool has a DJ booth in the middle for pool parties, an adults-only pool has sunbeds set out in the water for sunset, and a quieter pool has its own wet bar and snack bar. Thirteen cabanas with fire pits ring a pool reserved for Legendary guests.

Every room has a terrace with a sofa, a chair, a table and a hydro spa tub, plus a minibar with soda, water, juice and domestic beer. The Deluxe Gold room runs to 522 square feet, with a king bed or two queens.

Eight restaurants share the plan. Ciao serves Italian and breakfast, Zen is a teppanyaki and sushi room where the chefs put on a show, UMO cooks Yucatecan food with smoke and fire, Los Gallos is the Mexican hacienda with margaritas and tequila, and Ipanema is a Brazilian rodizio. The Market is the international buffet and Pizzeto the brick-oven pizza counter next to the slides. Room service runs all day and night.

The Rock Spa covers 30,000 square feet with 36 treatment rooms and a hydrotherapy center of whirlpools, steam room and sauna. Its Rhythm and Motion menu builds treatments around vibration and sound. Roxity Kids Club handles the younger guests, and nights bring live entertainment.
