The resort has 280 suites, from family rooms in orange and yellow to swim-up oceanfront suites and penthouse swim-up suites, with themed suites such as the Big Kahuna and The Pineapple. Some suites have their own plunge pool.

The plan is called Gourmet Inclusive. The restaurants include Tavola, Nick Bistro, Piazza, Good Burger, Le Spatula and Yacht Club, with Sky Lounge and Snick Lounge for evenings. Wanda's and Cosmo's swim-up bars serve the pool, and Leaf Lounge Coffee opens the day. Room service runs 24 hours, and character dining sets a table with Nickelodeon characters, a performance and photos.

Club Nick is the free-play hub, with a mega ball pit, a two-story slide and daily themed activities. Slime sessions, character meet-and-greets at Character Spot, Slime Time Live on the Main Stage and nightly shows fill the schedule, and Náay Spa, built on Mayan principles, has treatments for adults.
It suits families with children who want one resort where the water park, the characters and the beach are part of the price.
