Three pools share the grounds, one of them with a swim-up bar, with a Spa and Wellness centre and RIU Fit classes. Seven bars cover the rest.

Rooms are junior suites and above, from the 33 square metre Jr. Suite with a balcony or terrace to sea-view and partial-sea-view versions and connecting suites. The Family Suite has two bedrooms across 79 square metres, and the Elite Club rooms move up a level with premium service: a Jr. Suite ocean view, a Jr. Suite ocean front view at 33 square metres, and the Suite ocean front view at 70 square metres with a terrace.

Nine restaurants share the evenings. La Peninsula is the main buffet for all three meals, with live cooking and themed nights three times a week. Krystal is gourmet a la carte, Kyoto is Asian, Guacamole serves Mexican dishes after a starter buffet, La Toscana is Italian, and Steak House handles the grill. The Elite Club Restaurant, with its own breakfast, is for Elite Club guests only. Pepe's Food by the pool does the grill and snacks by day, and Tiki Taco is the taqueria buffet.
