Four swimming pools include an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar, and the children's pool has slides. The RIU Land programme is designed for younger guests, RIU Fit runs fitness classes, and and the Renova Spa offers treatments. RIU Party is part of the program.

Rooms start with the Double Standard at 28 square metres and a Double with partial sea view of the same size, both with a balcony or terrace. Connecting standard doubles let families take two rooms side by side, the Family Room is 33 square metres, the Jr. Suite is 32, and the Jr. Suite with sea view is 35. The Suite with sea view is 69 square metres, and one room is adapted for accessibility.

Six restaurants cover the range. Don Rafael is the main buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with live cooking stations and special nights three times a week. Kulinarium serves a gourmet a la carte dinner, Nirvana is an Asian buffet with sushi and wok dishes, and Il Gusto does fresh pasta, artisan pizza and antipasti. The Steakhouse is a buffet at lunch and a la carte at dinner. Pepe's Food by the pool serves grilled dishes and snacks.
