There are 955 rooms. The family section has individually controlled air conditioning, a minibar and an in-room safe, with one-bedroom suites among the options. An adults-only section has its own pool, restaurant, beach club and private check-in, with the Select Club in a section that includes an oceanfront Club House for guests 18 and over.
The food is a long list. La Laguna is the international buffet with show cooking, Las Máscaras serves a Mexican buffet under a palapa roof, and La Toscana does Italian and international buffets. El Templo is a teppanyaki room, Fogo de Brazil is a rodizio, Los Lirios serves steak and fish, and La Riviera has Mediterranean seafood with beach views. The water park is Playa del Carmen's largest, with 29 slides in sections for adults and children, open Wednesday to Monday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and included for every guest. Five medium slides take children between 1.10 m and 1.30 m, and seven bigger ones are for those over 1.30 m. The supervised kids club handles the younger ones. Spa del Mar has 16 treatment rooms, an outdoor hydrotherapy area and a beach palapa for massages.
