Rooms look over the Caribbean Sea or the Nichupté Lagoon, with sunrises on the lagoon side. They run from the Sens Standard Limited View to Sens Superior rooms, Sens Junior Suites and the Sens Master Suite, which has picture windows on the sea and space for a family. Suites open the way to signature restaurants, bars and the beach club.
There are 14 restaurants and 13 bars. Los Agaves serves Mexican food, Akeru is Oriental, Maki Taco is Japanese-Mexican fusion, Careyes mixes Mexican and French, The White Box is an Italian Mediterranean gastrobar, Cocoa does fish, seafood and grill, Dos Lunas serves pizza and pasta and Cafe del Mar does seafood. Bites Food Hall, Las Palmas and La Hacienda Food Hall are the buffets, and Sweet Palm is a kids buffet. Cafe del Mar, Sensoria and Glass Bar are for guests 18 and over.
The resort has areas for families and areas for adults, so a couple and relatives with children can share the property and keep their own pace. Evenings bring shows, and there is a fitness center.
